Enjoy a peaceful pace of life with a boat trip from Woking in Surrey on the Basingstoke Canal. Depending on weather and water conditions, the 12-seater boat travels east or west from Woking at a relaxing, less than walking speed. Although the boat doesn’t have refreshment facilities, there’s lots of choice nearby including Kiwi & Scot, the Cafe Boat on Woking Wharf. Pick up a fresh Italian coffee and enjoy it on board. (NB: Kiwi & Scott is closed on Mondays)

Charter Trips: Kitty is available to charter for your exclusive use at any time when no bookings are shown on the calendar, or in place of a scheduled public trip providing no advance bookings have been made. Book your Charter Trip by completing the Charter Booking Form.

Charter Trips on Kitty

Charter trips are available every day between April and October.

Unlike the public and theme trips, charter trips are unique one-off events that may require tailoring to the requirements of the customer.

All charter requests are subject to confirmation by our Booking team who will be in touch with you to discuss your trip and make the necessary arrangements. To find out more about catering and entertainment, please visit our FAQ page.

Trip duration times are approximate as local conditions may impact. If you are not sure or want to discuss alternatives times then you can contact our Booking Team on 0750 686 4411 (between 10am and 6pm) or by clicking here.

Your party of up to 12 guests will have exclusive use of the boat for up to a 2.5 hour cruise from the Town Wharf, Brewery Road, Woking

Costs 2023 Season
£70 to charter the entire boat for a 75 minute trip.
£112 to charter entire boat for a 2 hour trip
£140 to charter the entire boat for a 2.5 hour trip.
A public trip can be converted to a 75 minute charter on request providing there are no existing bookings.
The longer cruises are restricted to the last cruise if on a public trip day. Charters on non-public trip days by request.

Deposits
No deposit is required for Kitty charters. Full payment is requested within 14 days of confirmation

Discounts
No discounts are currently offered on Kitty.
