How to contact the Booking Team
You can find out more about booking boat trips on our About Trips page or by reading our FAQ’s. If, after reading the FAQ’s you still have a question or require more information, please contact the Booking Team by using the form below.
You can search for and book a Public or Themed trip online via our Book Your Trip page. You can also search for Charter trips and request a booking via our Booking Request Form. Your request will need to be confirmed by the Booking team.
You can also redeem a gift voucher by contacting the Booking Team.
If you need to speak to us direct then please ring the Booking Team on 0750 686 4411. We are available to take calls between 10am and 6pm. (GMT/BST).
As a charity our Booking Team consists of volunteers so please bear with us when phoning. If we do not immediately respond please leave a message and we will come back to you.
