Following on from the announcement of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th April at 5pm at the Canal Centre, Mytchett, herewith the Agenda plus attachments. These comprise a copy of the Minutes of previous AGM held on 22nd May 2022; the Report & Accounts for 2022 and a blank form of proxy for anyone unable to attend but wishing to nominate an alternative member to vote on their behalf.
