The Basingstoke Canal Society AGM will also be held on the Saturday 14th May at the Canal Centre, Mytchett, at 5pm followed at 6pm, by a social evening for all members, volunteers and invited visiting boaters. A barbeque will be available at a subsidised cost of £5 per head. To help plan for the barbeque we ask you to purchase a ticket in advance (details below). You are welcome to bring your own picnic if you would rather.
Please note that the Canal Centre is not licensed to sell alcohol, but you may bring your own beer or wine. Soft drinks and beverages will be available.
To buy a ticket for the BBQ online from our shop members need to be logged into their membership account on our website. Click here for access.
Once logged in select the Shop menu at the top of the page. Then select Members AGM/BBQ which is listed as a shop product and you can proceed to buy your tickets.
