Email Project – Go-Live

Go-Live will take place on Thursday 4th of March.

Switching over to GSuite should take minutes and will commence at 10:00 AM.

We will need to test the system once the switch over has been carried out.

The switch over will have the effect of turning off all previously set email access and forwarding on the current Society email host.

This means you will have to remove any current access you might have through mailboxes you may have previously set up and recreate them using GSuite following Go-Live.

You will be notified of delays.

If there are no delays we will notify everyone that they can start to take control of their email accounts and re-establish mailboxes at about 11:00 AM.

We will notify you by email using your personal email.

Please be patient this is a significant exercise and has not been done before by the Society.
