“Dear All,

Based on current water levels I am giving you 24hrs notice that we will be closing Ash Lock as of 5pm tomorrow (Fri 24^th June).

It will then be locked and caulked to preserve water levels in the Hampshire Pound.

Please ensure that you have moved through Ash Lock before 5pm tomorrow if you need to do so.

It is unlikely that we will re-open Ash Lock without substantial and prolonged rainfall.”
