The publishers, GEOprojects, eventually became Heron maps who were subsequently acquired by Waterways Publishing Ltd in 2024.

Now, after 34 years, and with editorial assistance from both the Basingstoke Canal Society and the Basingstoke Canal Authority, Waterways Publishing Ltd has produced a significantly updated and enhanced version of the map, which also includes the River Wey Navigations.
