Membership Card Payments

Thank you for wishing to renew your membership with the Basingstoke Canal Society.

It would appear that the credit/debit card you have registered with our payment gateway has expired. You may have received an email like the one below.

In order for you to renew your membership you will need to log into your membership account which you can do by clicking here.

Once in your membership account, please click the “Subscriptions” tab to view your subscription status.

Please then follow the instructions and either click the “Renew” link under “Actions” or the “Online Subscription” link.

You may then select your preferred membership option and pay with a new credit/debit card. This will, by default set up an annually recurring payment.  If you wish to suspend the recurring payment, please let us know by emailing membership@basingstoke-canal.org.uk.
