Membership: Card Payments

Thank you for wishing to renew your membership with the Basingstoke Canal Society.

It would appear that the credit/debit card you have registered with our payment gateway has either expired or your payment has failed for some reason. You may have received an email like the one below.

In order for you to renew your membership you will need to log into your membership account which you can do by clicking here.

Once in your membership account, please click the “Subscriptions” tab to view your subscription status.

Then click on the ‘Update’ link which will take you to a form where you can enter your new card details.

If you wish to change your membership level the select the ‘Renew’ tab, choose your new membership then pay with your credit/debit card. This will, by default set up an annually recurring payment.  If you wish to suspend the recurring payment then click Cancel on the Subscriptions tab.
