What is the difference between ‘Subscriptions’ and ‘Payments’ on the Account Page?

A ‘Subscription’ is basically an arrangement to make a recurring payment via a Debit/Credit card. A ‘Payment’ is what it says, a record of each payment received by the society.

What is the significance of the (R) or (A) after my membership type?

This just identifies whether you have a recurring payment instruction on your Debit/Credit card (R) or pay by bank transfer or cheque (A). It helps the membership software send out the appropriate renewal email.

From the Account page menu click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab to see details of your membership.

Click the ‘Update’ link on the right and you will see the following form.
