The Basingstoke Canal Society has over 200 volunteers working to support the Basingstoke Canal Authority every day rain or shine.
Helping to look after the canal so that others may enjoy it.
The Society received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2018 in recognition of its voluntary efforts over more than 50 years
Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of the contribution millions of people make across the UK through volunteering.
