Midsummer Dawn Canal Cruise with Continental Breakfast
By popular demand, we are running this ‘bucket list’ adventure on JPll again, an opportunity to see the sunrise, weather permitting, on midsummer’s day 2024. Join us at Colt Hill Wharf, departing at 04:00, as we head eastwards along the canal to catch the first glimpse of the sun at dawn. Sunrise is at 04:48.
The trip lasts about 3 hours, turning around near The Barley Mow before heading back to Colt Hill wharf.
There’s a chance to see a variety of wildlife too, so bring your cameras and binoculars.
The galley will be open for a selection of hot and cold drinks for the duration of the trip. A welcome hot drink is included and continental breakfast will be served on the return trip.
Cruise times may be extended in low water conditions.
