The Help desk works in slow time and the response will not be immediate.
The Help Desk will be in operation between 9 -5 on weekdays starting on Monday 1st March and will run during the first 2 weeks of the project when it’s operation will be reviewed.
We have put together some material that will help you manage some common problems associated with the project.
This material will be updated based on questions to the Help Desk.
